Monobody is truly unclassifiable. It's safe to say they fit somewhere between metal, jazz and instrumental rock but it's best watched rather than described. They're a quintet of incredible players who incorporate playful experimentation with traditional styles. Pay attention now while the band is evolving their sound, and grow alongside their organically complex arrangements.

Floral is the audial equivalent of a three dimensional Aboriginal dot painting. Vibrant textures of climbing hills and cascading waterfalls of notes, bombard listeners erratically via tempo and elevation. Getting lost in the rushing ascent and feeling the thrill is like the wind to your back! This is to be expected, almost guaranteed when a group has sufficient technical ability. You can’t take enough steps back to see what vision Floral has. Kenny McGalem

This is what Yvette Young sounds like when heavily math-rocking with her band "Covet". Phew... she doesn't leave the listener a millisecond to breathe, does she? However, besides all the break-neck virtuosity, her music has considerable substance and is a pleasure to listen to. Sven B. Schreiber
